Bisha, a new hotel brand being launched by INK (Charles Khabouth), and Lifetime Developments (Mel Pearl and Sam Herzog) in Toronto Canada, has hired Souza & Associates to develop strategic partnerships in four specific categories – Spa/Fitness, Fashion, Food & Beverage, and a Rock N Roll themed floor.  In addition to that Souza & Associates is also being leveraged for high profile event partners.

• Secured the ONEXONE Gala during TIFF, which included a performance by 6 time Grammy Award winner John Legend, and appearance by special guest Lennox Lewis.

• Through our great network in New York, we connected Kravitz Design, with Bisha, as a prospective design firm who would deliver on both the Rock 'N' Roll platform and the design platform.  Within less than three months a contract was sealed.
• Part of the agreement will call for Lenny Kravitz himself to engage with international and local press, as well as be available for event(s) in Toronto on behalf of Bisha.
