Liz Radler Souza is a fashion executive with 25 years of experience in creating and executing brand strategies. With a track record of building and leading teams, driving growth, and positively impacting companies, Liz shaped her career and excellent reputation in the industry working for top luxury brands including Bergdorf Goodman, Prada, Valentino, Saint Laurent, and Alexander McQueen.

Since 2018, Liz has devoted her expertise and efforts to strategically developing emerging brands with a focus on business development, top-line growth, merchandising, and sales and marketing. Liz has a proven track record in driving positive change in every role assumed and is passionate about building businesses with a hands-on, collaborative team approach.

Robert Souza moved from Toronto to New York City to spearhead the Sales and Marketing for HUGO Hugo Boss, introducing the brand as the trendy counterpart to Hugo Boss. Relocating to Miami in 1998, he took charge of Hugo Boss’s operations for Latin America and the Caribbean, boosting the business by 60%. By 2000, he was serving as the Senior VP of Sales and Marketing for American designer Robert Comstock, aiding in the debut of a luxury sportswear line.

Returning to Hugo Boss in 2002, Robert joined Marzotto USA and later took on a similar role at Valentino Men’s after its acquisition. He transformed the brand into a modern sartorial label, significantly gaining visibility by styling rising star John Legend for his early career appearances, which coincided with the artist’s Grammy-winning success.
